1) I can't access a T&F site to which I have a subscription

If you are getting an error message below the login box, please make a note of it and contact us.

2) Cookies

If you have a concurrent user licence of any of our products you will need cookies to control concurrency-based access to the service.

3) Proxy servers

You can use proxy servers to access a T&F site, but you will need to let us have the IP address of the proxy server to do this.

4) IP addresses

If you wish to change the IP addresses that are registered for your account, or add a large number of IP addresses, please contact us.

5) How do I alter my passwords?

You can change or add usernames and passwords for your account through the Account Update item on the navigation bar. As soon as new user name and password information is submitted and accepted by the system you can use it. All usernames and password (and other authentication credentials) have to be unique within the T&F system, so a username may sometimes get rejected because it is in use by another account. If that is so, please resubmit an alternative.

6) Can I see usage statistics for my library/institution?

Usage statistics are available from the Usage Reports item in the navigation bar. The Historical Subscriber Reports link takes you to the monthly breakdowns of the site statistics for each product to which you have a subscription. The other report features allow you to query a set of statistics for the period from June 2003.

7) How do I update my institution's subscription record?

If any details about your account or subscription change (for example, if the name of the contact person changes), you can change your own data by following the Account Update item on the navigation bar. See Help for further details.

8) How do I print my reports?

To fit reports onto a page, you may need to change the orientation of the page from Portrait to Landscape (under a page setup option in your browser), and may also need to reduce the font size.

9) How do I contact you?

If you have any queries about your account or subscription, please use the Contact Us or Feedback options on the relevant product site:
